Mediation

We are scheduled for mediation on the 24th(next Monday) at 1 p.m. We are praying that Ethan's bio mom shows up for the mediation - she missed the last court date - and moves forward with voluntarily terminating her parental rights. If she does this at the mediation, we will not have to endure a costly and time consuming trial. If she is not at the mediation, CPS/FPS has already started pulling witnesses for the trial and will push for a timely court day - note: timely could be months and months.

Please join us in prayer at 1 p.m. on the 24th as we head into the courtroom. We know that God has blessed us with Ethan for a reason and we also feel very strongly that he will remain with us, we just don't know the road that it will take to get there. After mediation we're headed down to the Hill country for the rest of the week. We feel that being out of town after a court date is always the safest bet, so we'll play down there and be joined by our neighbors! Lot's of fun to be had!

On the home front, we are all about new teeth. I'm not sure which ones will emerge first, but Ethan seems to be getting a mouth full. Heath was up with him from Midnight to 2 a.m. - God bless daddy! Hopefully tonight will be much better!
