So, we have until April 21st to reach a mediated settlement or a trial date will be set. We're happy to go either way - just want it over!
On a good note, bio-mom did not show for the visit this Thursday. Hopefully this is the start of a trend that will end the visits. Sweet Cash has such a hard time with them and this is the part we are really excited to see come to an end!

It sounds like things are falling into place just like they are supposed to. We will continue to keep you guys in our prayers and look forward to updates!
Hang in there Brit and Heath! You have all of our support and prayers. You know that. Give Cash a big hug and kiss. I love him a lot and he deserves for all of this to be over with and to be a permanent member of our family. Give Holden and E.Stone a hug and kiss too. I love all my boys including their Daddy.

I just started reading your blog and am so excited to hear about the adoption news. We are foster parents too and hope to adopt our foster son within the next few months....something we've been praying about for over a year.
You remind me of ME! Lots of little ones-my phone just rang a few more times :) Hugs, your boys are beautiful!
