Children's Museum

We had such a fun day at the local Children's museum. We got a membership (thanks Mom!) so will be spending a lot more time there. Look at all the fun things we did!

Stone pretended to be a fireman. The fire truck had a slide... what fun!

We pretended to be a spider... great sensory skill for Stone, who needs a little extra help with motor planning.

We dug for fossils...

Look at our future archaeologists!

Holden swam in a hot tub full of shapes. Some even fit on his head!

Peek-a-boo! I learned what "under" means... and over, but I wasn't as graceful with that one!

Cash LOVED the water table. He practiced putting water into the toys using a funnel and enjoyed learning about the currents by watching the ducks go down the waterfalls.

The Chambers Brothers Band was in full effect... we have mad xylophone skills!

We learned where our veggies come from. We planted seeds and harvested our crop... onions, tomatoes, oranges, oh my!

The chickens laid a few eggs for us. We had fun collecting them in our baskets.

And of course, we milked a cow. This was a blast!

what a fantastic idea! I forget about stuff to do that is not in my immediate surroundings.
