Before summer was officially over, we headed to my old roomie Kara's house for a day at the beach. She lives on a beautiful private lake in far North Texas that has a great beach for kids to play. Of course, my kids had a blast - sand and water always equals fun for Chambers kids! We ate some yummy snacks, the best was homemade granola (GF/CF, of course) from this site.... great for outdoors because it does make a bit of a mess!
We also ate some sand, not homemade, but hopefully gluten free.
Cash stole a boogie board from some other kids and quickly became attached to it.
Holden briefly got a turn on said boogie board before being bopped in the head and told that it was indeed "Cash turn!"
When it was time to go, E. Stone loaded himself up in Kara's golf cart to hit the road... looks like he had some fun, huh?

Looks like a good time! I know the GF is gluten free, but what's the CF?
