Frugal Friday - Christmas Cards

I really hope that you were like me and procrastinated in ordering your Christmas cards... nope, I'm not joking!

Our Christmas card list has about 250 people on it.  I know, it's a bit insane, but since I love getting and receiving cards, this is a small price to pay!  Well, small due to the fact that I'm frugal and willing to put in a little work!

This year, 160 of those cards were purchased for an out-of-pocket total of $5.50.  That's almost free!  And they can be for you too!

Here's how I did it:
*  See Here is offering 60 custom photo cards (with priority shipping) for $4.90.  Click here for all of the details and how-tos.
* Snapfish is offering 50 custom photo cards for free!  Just enter code HPINK50 at checkout.
* Shutterfly is offering 50 custom photo cards for free to bloggers.  Click here to see if you qualify. Hurry on this one, you must register by the end of the day TODAY!

My pocketbook cried when I read your post right AFTER I ordered some photo cards online! No worries though b/c I used your snapfish suggestion and now have 50 more cards I can send out! I'm sticking with you to do this the right way from the very start next year!--UT

Thank you. I didn't know about Snapfish yet. I ordered 100 so far just paying shipping but now I can order more from Snapfish :)

Merry Christmas!

I couldn't get the snapfish code to work. Any thoughts why?

@Keri - The coupon only works for 4x6 cards, I think. So you have to create your own custom card (I guess) instead of using the presets for Christmas cards. (At least that's what I found when I tried it with a 4x8.)

Anna's right! I'm so sorry-I should have specified!
