This is how we do it...

This is how we do it baby...

This is how we do it...

So, truth be told, we don't live in South Central, but this is how we do it. What's it?

Well potty training of course! Holden has showed interest off and on and we're going with his lead. Lately he's been more on than off and we've had quite a few dry days! That's how I like to do it!

And what do you do when two kids need to go at once and no one will leave the bathroom?

Well, I don't know what you do, but I keep a potty chair in the hall bath just in case. Unfortunately, it's used often. My boys seem to maintain the same pooping schedule and they like to be together. That's how they do it...

When we bought our house (five years ago, pre-kids, but knowing they were in our future) I was so excited about this powder bath. It was going to be a restroom that was always clean for guests because the kids would have their own bath. Sure, it needed some updating. I wasn't a fan of the wallpaper or fixtures, but it was in a great, convenient spot for guests to use.

Convenience is the key word. When potty training began it became a great, convenient spot for little boys. And the wallpaper and fixtures? They never got changed, but that's a good thing!

This door-themed wallpaper serves as a great distraction for little ones who need to take a bit of time on the potty.

"Knock, knock red door. Anybody home?"

And it wouldn't have been financially prudent to have changed the wallpaper out pre-potty training. My boys aren't quite perfect yet in the aim department. Ahem...

And, when the knock, knocks don't provide enough entertainment, Holden is happy to take his show on the road.

You know, whatever works!

It looks like Cash is sitting on the potty with the lid still down? Or is it just a special seat for the little ones? I still live in fear of potty training. Hahaha.

Too funny! I can't even imagine taking on the multiple boy potty training at once. When I started trying to potty train Petra I had to stay on my toes to keep Jasper from crawling through the messes on the floor!

the wallpaper is great!
