We eat lots of pancakes around here. The kids love them and they are full of protein. This recipe is even more healthful due to the addition of molasses. Molasses is full of minerals, calcium and iron.
We eat our pancakes dipped in raw, local honey. I'd love real maple syrup, but it's hard to find. We actually have a bee farm about 10 miles from our house, so we eat their honey often to help with our allergies.
