Around 6 p.m. on Friday April 3, 2009, my mommunity ran out. What is mommunity, you might ask?

Mommunity - the immunity a mother receives that allows her, despite numerous times of being thrown up on, to not get sick, even when all of her children are

I survived the stomach flu with all of the boys this fall and passed with flying colors, but was taken down by the flu and strep. Hey, if you aren't going to be sick for years, you've gotta do it up right!

Heath took the boys to stay with their Nanny (Heath's mom) and I slowly recovered, but it was not fun times. I missed my boys a ton...that was my first time away from them for such a long time. It's funny how even when you want a break more than anything, you so miss your life. And those little boys are my life! I mean, how do you not miss a smile like this?


The boys, of course, missed me not a bit and had a ton of fun playing at Nanny and Grandad's. Cash even enjoys sitting in his crib at Nanny's house. At our house, he screams when you walk into his bedroom because he thinks you're putting him to bed. Nanny must use magic dust or something... She has to have a secret, right?
