I've got my list all ready to go for once we return. A quick trip to CostCo and I'll be all set for the week. In the meantime, we're eating a lot of fresh East Texas produce. I love a full produce bowl!

Last week, I shared my mastermined meal plan for the school year. So, following that format, here's the plan for the week:
Monday: Jellied meatballs with rice
Tuesday: Neighbor dinner
Wednesday: Left-over surprise
Thursday: Kid food night
Friday: Beth's chicken poppyseed with rice
Saturday: Hamburgers
Sunday: Leftovers or out-to-eat
