Chicken Tacos

Another recipe exchange find.  So easy and simple!  To make it easier, I even combine the ingredients and freeze, so all I have to do it dump when the time comes.  You can dump it in frozen and cook on low all day.  So, so super easy!

Ingredients:
Can of Rotel (I use mild)
Water
Taco seasoning
1 pound of chicken

To make:
In a crock pot, combine 1 can of Rotel, 1 can of water, a packet of taco seasoning and the chicken.  Let it cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4.  I don't really look at the time, I just cook it and when it is done I turn it down if we are not ready to eat yet.  Shred it and eat it how you like, it is really good as nachos also.
