Christmas, in pictures

This year, our family tried a new curriculum provided by our church to make sure that the true Christmas story was the focus of the season. It's one I will save to use again next year because the boys loved it. The curriculum was centered heavily around animals, so did a great job keeping their absolute attention focused on the story.

Here's Stone creating his cotton ball sheep and a photo of the boys opening their nativity scene. If you don't have a nativity that your children can play with, grab one on sale now. It is a must to share the story of Christ's birth with your little ones.

Christmas with the Chambers was fun as always. Here is a photo of the guys getting some tickets to the last official Cowboys game of the season. They were all excited, but we really thought Tyler might faint, which was SO much fun to watch!

For the last few years, we've gone with my family to see the Trains at NorthPark. It's an awesome exhibit. Stone had the biggest smile on his face the entire time. It was so much fun seeing his amazing reactions to the trains as they came past.

We also continued a Chambers tradition and had Breakfast with Santa, a lovely shindig put on by our local Children's Advocacy Center. My kids were okay with Santa, as long as we were there too!
The boys got a kitchen at NiNi and Pops house. Amazing fun! They have spent hours concocting all sorts of pretend yumminess!

And we had snow, in Texas! Unheard of! Probably not a tradition that will last into next year, but a lot of fun to experience!

Since we were homeless due to remodel, we traveled a lot. As with everything this child does, Cash made sure he traveled in style... rocking my glasses and Holden's paci.

Cash only got away with the paci stealing because Holden was fueled up on cookies. Under normal circumstances this so would not have been okay, but sugar-induced Holden let it slide.

Hope you and your family were able to create amazing memories this Christmas. We had so many, I had trouble choosing photos!

Great pictures! I love the one of Mr. Hollywood (Cash) in the sunglasses and pacifier.
